Taste • Marked by ripe black fruit, such as plum and currant, and well-integrated black chocolate in the good complexity given by the stage in wood. The tannins are polished giving a velvety and consistent body to the wine

Finish • Final very elegant and persistent.

Gastronomy • Serve at 18ºC with hunting dishes or condimented red meats
